The lake is ideal for canoeing and the lack of power boats makes
for serene relaxation in a beautiful setting. This is the perfect
location to visit and get away from the hectic city life.
Lake Frances is:
- Fishing - bass, crappie and catfish are waiting
- limited to electric (trolling) motors only
- perfect for swimming or canoeing
- small enough that you don't get lost but big enough for all
to enjoy
- the ideal compliment to our facilities
- Canoe rentals available
We have located some information on the history of Lake Frances,
and hope you enjoy learning about our lovely, historic lake.
Without the lake, well...we'd be called something
else!
