If the wedding is not to be catered by Lake Francis Resort and will be catered by an "outside catering business" the charges are as follows for use of the Patio or Gazebo:

Prices include the use of the Amphitheater, the Tatanka Lodge, wooden arch and runner.

Minimum guests for Patio Reception is 50. Receptions with fewer than 50 guests will be held at the gazebo using picnic tables and benches. No exceptions.

Charges for reception on the Patio include cream folding chars, 6-ft. folding tables, plastic cutlery, paper napkins and styrofoam plates.

Charges for reception at the gazebo include twelve 8-ft. wood benches w/seats attached, plastic cutlery, paper napkins and styrofoam plates.

The reception costs include set-up and breakdown of tables and chairs, as well as clean up. (Additional charges may apply for extraordinary clean-up, e.g.: cigarette butts, decorations, etc.).

Upgraded Linen Charges

Upgrades include china plates, table linens (white or forest green), and silverware.
